Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SmartSource website at smartsource.co and of Lobby, our client platform at lobby.smartsource.co (together, the "Services"), provided by SmartSource ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use Lobby on behalf of a credit union, you confirm you are authorized by that credit union to do so. Where a credit union has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Lobby Accounts
Lobby accounts are created by invitation from your credit union's administrator or from SmartSource. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods, including your email account and authenticator app, secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@smartsource.co if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Your credit union's administrator can change your access or remove your account at any time.
Connected Social Media Accounts
A credit union administrator may connect the credit union's Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or LinkedIn Page to Lobby. By connecting an account you confirm that you are authorized to manage it for the credit union, and you authorize SmartSource to publish to it the posts your credit union approves and schedules in Lobby. We publish only approved posts, at the times scheduled. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, including Meta's Terms and Platform Terms and LinkedIn's User Agreement. You can disconnect an account at any time from Lobby's Channels page.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the photos, text and other material you upload to Lobby ("Your Content"). You grant SmartSource a limited license to store, process, display and publish Your Content only as needed to provide the Services to your credit union. You confirm you have the rights needed to upload Your Content and to have it published, including permission from any people shown in photos. Your credit union is responsible for reviewing and approving each post before it is published, including its accuracy and any required disclosures.
Suggested Captions
Lobby may offer caption suggestions generated by an artificial intelligence service. Suggestions are a starting point only. They may be inaccurate, and your credit union is responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any caption before it is published.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services in line with our Acceptable Use Policy at smartsource.co/aup, and not to use them to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to interfere with the Services or other users, or to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy at smartsource.co/privacy explains what information we collect, including information we receive from connected social media accounts, how we use it and how you can ask us to delete it.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep the Services available and secure, but they may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control, and social media platforms may reject or delay a post. We will tell your credit union in Lobby when a scheduled post could not be published. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; we will post changes on this page and update the date above.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Except as stated in a written agreement with your credit union, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and to the extent permitted by law SmartSource is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Ending Access
Your credit union may end its use of Lobby at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Services if these Terms are violated or the credit union's service agreement ends. When access ends, connected accounts are disconnected and their access tokens are deleted.
